Call Tracking

Avanser provides you with a unique phone number to insert into each advertisment you wish to track. Calls to these numbers route through our system and ring to your business phone. As the inbound calls to your trackable numbers pass through our digital switch, our system captures to a database information about each call including the caller's phone number, plus the time, duration and completion status of the call (connected, busy, ring-no-answer, abandoned).

This data is captured even if your line is busy or you're not there to answer the phone, allowing you to follow-up on leads that otherwise might have been lost. Just as important, the phone number the customer dialed indicates which of your advertisements caught that caller's attention, allowing you to compare the effectiveness of your various ad buys.

The system does not require the installation of new hardware at your place of business or special software on your computers.
